The Sacred Footsteps team was humbled when Hafsa reached out with an offer to produce a commissioned piece for Sacred Footsteps! We are so excited to finally reveal, SAFAR. This original piece by @hafandhaf was visualized using themes of spiritual travel and the history of pilgrim routes. Hafsa is an independent Pakistani-American artist living in the US. She is known for her distinctive style that incorporates pop art, South Asian iconography, calligraphy and themes of faith, identity and feminism.

RAHATNOOK was launched by three close friends who wished to bring their passions together and create timeless, sustainable and high quality products for your everyday use. As a corner of solitude, a place of peace and coziness, RAHATNOOK refers to a “space of silence”, both spatial and spiritual. It stands for the time we deliberately take for our daily prayers to immerse ourselves into “another world”.

Prints Gift Set – Mercy Bundle by Saleha Art
Saleha Contractor is an artist based in Toronto. Nine years ago, she began a journey to relearn Islam has been using art to share stories, spread the beauty of Islam and inspire closeness to Allah one painting at a time.
She spends nine months creating one collection of six contemporary Islamic paintings based on Quranic ayahs, ahadith. Saleha believes that powerful art inspires conversations and she has developed a distinct style that incorporates abstract art and Islamic calligraphy.

Zirrar is a writer and photographer who has spent the last decade travelling the east from North Africa, Egypt, Hejaz to the lands of Khorasan. His work reflects a vision of cultural and identity revivalism, where the might and beauty of Islam can be re-discovered and shared. He is also an active writer and commentator in the fields of Islamic Art and Architecture as well as Orientalism, especially in modern travel photography.
Zirrar recently published his first poetry book titled, Enwrap, A collection of poetry and prose, this book brings together conversations, reflections and supplications from man to his Creator and to his beloved Prophet Muhammad.
